I was in the 1027 Arcadia Apts in the lower level, and they are nice and newer construction, so not much work needs to be done on them. However, when we moved in, there was damage to the patio door (as someone had tried to break in) and a police report on the counter.

Upon move-out, there was normal wear & tear, but no holes in the walls/carpets and the place was left clean. AMAZINGLY the "damages" and the "cleaning fees" came to just a few cents over our security deposit, and so they graciously forgave the dollar or so over.

They are rip-off artists.
