worst decesion i have ever made in my life was renting from Susan at Horizon Management in Dekalb. Susan is literally the devil re-incarnated. She seemed so nice when i was signing the lease, but after that she was the worst woman i have ever met in my life. They accused me of everything. Threatend me with evection several times saying that I never paid rent, although i had bank records clearly showing they cashed my checks. They had their party patrol knocking on my door several times a week saying that I was having loud parties, even though it was just me in there. When I moved out, they kept my security deposit and claimed i owed them over 2000 additional dollars in un-paid fines and damages that never existed. They even sent me to collections.

do your self a favor and never walk through that door.
