BEWARE!!!!!!!The apartment inspector, Kim, is a scam artist and omits damages during move-in (claiming that she will submit a work order that never is fufilled) just to charge you for those same damages when you move-out. The management is nothing more than common criminals that are stealing from NIU students and their parents.

To save yourself, rent from a company that actually takes the word management seriously and is not out there to steal from their tenants.
