Laing Management Needs Improvement

The apartment we rent had wore spots in the carpet. The walls where not paint after last rent. The apartment smelled like cigars. We did not renew our lease. Laing Management started renting to anyone. Our neighors had 6 people leaving in a two bedroom. The other neighors had the police at their house every other weekend. We took before and after pictures of our apartment so we will be a full refund. Make sure to take pictures or they will rip you off. We will never rent from Laing AGAIN!!!
