Review for Laing Management Apartments

Never, EVER rent from Laing management.
We moved into the apartment in August and I'm about ready to leave. When we moved in there was mold growing on my ceiling and it took one month, at least 10 calls, 3 mantience guys coming out, me getting sick, my pets getting sick, and a call to the health department to get them to fix the leak under the sink that was causing the mold and clean the mold. I am still sick so they did a very poor job. There was also a LARGE leak in my window that took them a week, more mold growing on my window sill, a large amount of books and my boyfriends phone being ruined and three more rain storms for them to fix it.
We have also caught their repair guys in places they did not belong (such as places with no matnience requests out) and they do not knock, just walk in.

I am still sick and Laing will be getting my medical bills and if my (legal to have in the apartment according to the lease) pet does not get better soon they will also be receiving vet bills.

We should not have been allowed to move in withut all these problems being fixed.

Laing does not allow pets. If you had pets that got sick you were living with a different management company.
