Review for Mason Apartments

Not only are the people who work the front counter at Mason
Properties rude, (I think her name is Emily) but they have the nerve to make up work request orders and send maintenance people through your apartment when your not home. To add insult to injury, they refuse to apologize and called me the liar. They falsely claimed that I put a work request order in for a leaky shower head and next thing I know, my bathroom was in complete shambles with no wall and no running water. For 2 DAYS!!!! When I asked them to provide proof of this alledged work request order, they said, "It's in our computer"- any moron can type something into a computer. I didn't recieve one cent back from them when it was time to get my security deposit back even though the apartment was left in the exact condition as when I moved in and paid all rent on time. If you like filling Linda Mason's pockets,then go to Mason Properties. I guarentee you won't recieve your security deposit back.
