I have lived at mason for two years now and I don't mind it at all. I live literally so close to campus. I can get to class in 4 mins if I had to. I like that I'm close and can walk a minute to Potbelly and Starbucks. The places are just old but the college is old so what do people expect million dollar apartments? Just keep the place clean and not damaged. Parking could be a little wider though.

I've been here since August, and nothing has gone bad for me-- I've had a good experience with Mason Properties... Sidewalks were always shoveled in the winter, and overall they do better than some other realty companies near Dekalb. The girl in the office is really good. She's real nice and really the only one that I end up talking with. I've never had an issue getting a hold of someone after hours, and the rates are pretty good.
