Review for Pittsley Realty Apartments

I liked it there. Dekalb is expensive where ever you go. I never has a problem with them except we wrote EVERYTHING down that was wrong when we moved in, SCRUBBED the apartment for hours and hours (even shampooed the carpet) and we only got about 30% of our deposit back. We were always on time with the rent and never partied... the apartment was in BETTER condition when we left so we were a little pissed about it. Although, they originally sent us a letter after we moved and said we owed $280 b/c the apt was in such bas shape it took all $1000 to fix plus $300. We had to talk to Mike and he gave us $300 back. They never came and fixed things unless we called and called but when there were swarms of bees or our dishwasher was flooding they came right over. I still liked the apartments though although don't expect to get your sec dep back.
