Review for Pittsley Realty Apartments

This company was great at first, but after time, the office staff and Mike Pittsley were almost "non-responsive" to any sort of neighborhood issues (parties, problems with other neighbors). Basically, they run at a MINIMUM service - meaning they just want to make sure the places are "up to standard requirements - and the tenants don't complain about anything. The lease states that it's a quiet lifestyle community - depending on where you rent - but believe me, it isn't ANYWHERE you live within their buildings. WORD OF ADVICE: when you move out, take LOTS OF PICTURES and DOCUMENT EVERYTHING you did cleaning wise. They will try to screw you out of your deposit and even bill you for more work they did. If this happens, call an attorney and let them take care of the work (don't talk to Pittsley at all)..... If you end up taking him to court for your deposit, he is liable up to 2x the amount of your deposit if the judge finds in your favor, so Pittsley will just settle BEFORE a court apperance. RENTER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!
