Review for Pittsley Realty Apartments

I lived at Pittsley for 2 years. At first I thought it was a good place. Until it was time to move out. Dont trust Mike Pittsley. He is the type of person that goes back on their word. Because I had so many problems with billing (b/c of my lease that they screwed up) he made a verbal promise to me that he would walk me through my check out for my apt. so, that I wouldn't faces any extra charges. HE'S A LIAR. Not only did he not show up but, I still got charged (for nothing). Before I moved out I painted all of the walls in my apt, cleaned the carpet and floors, and handled all other appliances that needed cleaning. And still didn't get my deposit back. After moving out and receiving the bill in the mail. I called pittsley several times and left voicemails. I still have yet to receive a telephone call from him. The fat girl at the desk just lies all the time and says that he isn't there when she knows good and well that he is. It has been a year and 1/2 since I moved out and I'm still trying to work things out with my lawyer so that I can receive my deposit back. Luckily for me I video taped my apt before I left, so Mike hasn't heard the last from me.
