Don't let first impressions fool you!


For a fairly new development, this place is in terrible shape. The balcony railings, which were painted white, are almost bare to the wood. The carpeting and sheet flooring in many apartments is stained or otherwise marred and the management refuses to replace it when new residents move in.


If your standards are low, this place is perfect! Otherwise, there are many other places that offer much more.
