Review for Prairie Creek Townhomes Apartments

These units are not a good value. They are definitely overpriced for the size, location, and amenities. The townhouses have two levels, but the lower level is a basement level - dark and cold, and not all that usable. I wouldn't want to spend much time down there. They are located right next to train tracks. A train runs through several times every day. In addition, the balconies are not freshly painted, the carpet needs to be replaced, and there is very little storage space in the units. Perhaps if the price were lower they would be okay for a student or a young couple starting out, but at this price you should be able to find something roomier and quieter in Dekalb.
