Review for Varsity Square Apartments

When I first moved in to the apartment I loved it. It was just the right size, it was nice and comfy, and it felt like home. But, that was before I knew how bad the noise is!! It is supposed to be a "quiet lifestyle", but it has been everything but quiet. You can hear the neighbors above you and the floors squeek and crackle really loud. The manager and owner's refuse to fix the floors, even though it is in the contract that they have to. When a problem arises the management and owner refuse to resolve or solve the problem. Every year the owner raises the rent and we have nothing to show for it.
