Most reviewed websites are heavily skewed with negative reviews. I have been a renter of courts of the fountains for 5 years and I have really liked the place. Usually when I notify a problem (that is very seldom) it gets resolved within a reasonable amount of time. The place is quite and in summer they open the water pool where you can take the sun or swim for a while.
And is just like in any place, if you pay your rent in a timely manner, you'll be treated good and with respect. Often times when I visit the management office, I hear the manager talking to other renters on the phone about when they are going to pay the rent... I guess if you don't pay the rent, any place could be like ****!!
