Apartment Review for Park Ridge Commons

The walls and ceiling are very thin. You can hear the televisions and conversations of neighbors late at night. Ceiling and floors are very noisy; you can hear every move of the neighbors above. The staff in the office were of no help at all, despite every complaint of noise maid by neighbors, no attempts were made to rectify the situations. My car was broken into twice in the one year I lived there. My car was also keyed several times. The subdivision across from Ballard Rd. is a complete nightmare. There was a gang related murder there in March of 2004 and there is a Heroin House there. Overall the apartment was extremely overpriced for the quality of living there. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for an apartment.
