Apartment Reviews for River 595 - Des Plaines

The apartment is extremely new. It is close to the train (walking distance), making getting to the city very easy. Because it is a newer construction, it is extremely sound proof. The insulation is amazing. I didn't have to turn on the heat this past winter The complex is medium size and has 2 elevators. I never wait more than 5 seconds for the elevator to come.

Management is great. She gets back to your request very quickly and is very friendly. Best in this area. My only complaint is that my friend never want to leave and I'm always asked to host!
