Apartment Review for Cherry Hills Properties

RUN - Had water in by basement for 6 weeks then MOLD. Manager said it was from the rainy weather and admited previous tenant had water. Three days after I moved, management mail letter to my vacant townhouse stating that I would be liable for termination fee of $2065. Gave me a hand written not that my full deposit would be refunded.
WILL LIE, CHEAT, AND CHARGE YOU WHEN YOU ARE FORCED TO MOVE BECAUSE THEY CANNOT PROVIDE DRY TOWNHOUSE. Have contacted Assistant District Attorney regarding lawsuit. Even after keeping my deposit that say I owe over $1,000. Will see what the judge determines.
