At first glance, Park Evanston seems like a great option. However, MANAGEMENT IS VERY MANIPULATIVE, not flexible, and strong-arm you. Additionally, there are many other options for apartments in Evanston that are more spacious and cheaper so I would make sure that you look at other places before making your final decision.
