Review for Country Lakes Apartments

OK, so Country Lakes is undergoing a major upgrade.....we've lived here awhile and the carpeting in the apartment is so cheap it's wearing out in spots. The washer and dryer are electric so get ready for a whopping electric bill this winter - they tell you it will be around $80.00 to $100.00 per month but that's a lie - it's more like $150.00 per month in summer and at least $300.00 per month in winter. Our dryer has to go through two cycles to dry clothes completely-it's not a full load and that's after we were told it was fixed. And let's not forget about the golfers who trudge all over your patio area looking for golf balls yelling to each other early in the morning. Lighting in the parking lot? Bring a BIG flashlight especially if you are alone - it's VERY dark in the lots.
