Review for Preserve At Cress Creek Apartments

Were do I begin. The obnoxious kids urinating in the elevators, ripping off apartment # signs...running and swearing down the hallways. Always a treat. How about the smell of cat urine in all of your closets, after repeated complaints. The hallways smell like trash and animal waste...we rarely have people over out of embarassment of this place. We were told "ample parking" yet more times than not I have to park 2 buildings away from my apartment. Nothing gets resolved, and this place is way over priced. I am counting down the days for my lease to be up! My friends have called this "the ghetto of Naperville" Nice at first glance, until you sign the papers and realize the actual apartment you will be living in is a dump. Run!
