Apartment Review for Kushner Management

I rented 2 units from Nicholi Kushner over the course of 9 years. It amazes me to see these negitive reviews. Probably very negative reviewers. My time at Kushner's building next to Mills Park was wonderful. I am an architect and found the apartments to be in great shape. Some units differ but Nicholi is very proactive in renovating them as they turn over. The laundry room was not that special but everything else, grounds, building maintainence, unit maintainence service was very good. If I had a reasonable complaint, Nicholi was on top of it. I now own in Oak Park but will always think fondly of my time in Kushner's wonderful building by the Park.
