I lived there back in 2001 and it's time to move again so I'm heavily considering this location once more. Back in '01, me and my roomies never had a problem with bugs, underage hoodlums, etc. Everyone was prompt and courteous. The only issue we had was the police dept. had to remove a tennant from the building across the way. it was fun to watch. For the people that cry about crime, figure it like this: no matter where you live there is going to be crime, some more than others. this property is under new management now (12 Oaks) so hopefully it'll be another pleasent experience.

all those people dont know what they are talking about. i loved the place. lived there for 10 years. those people who were complaining were because they wanted it to get fixed right away and didnt care that there are a bunch of other people who have to get things fixed too. they are understanding and willing to work with your schedule to fix a problem. there were never any people drinking in the basement. they always had people painting the hallways to keep it nice. good location. nice and quiet. good nieghbors. great place. i had to leave because of college in cali but i would recommend it.
