Decent apartment... some people are just complainers ( over a year ago )

I like the area and the place is really quiet. Never had issues with noise or management. And overall things are pretty clean. Really, reading some of these reviews, I'm sure many are true, but come on, a lot of people like to complain and blow things out of proportion.
Now the things I will complain about (being a hypocrite)
- Place does smell like hardcore curry (esp. during dinner time)
- I HAD to you use their crappy and expensive Cable and Internet. The internet isn't bad, but expensive. Cable, only had 5 HD channels. Defeats the use of a HD TV really.
- Parking lot is more like a Pot Hole Lot. Get that fixed!
Other than that, I think management is okay. Area is okay. Neighborhood is okay.

The hallways are smelly and the carpets are nasty! The apartments inside are very dated. The cabinets and tile are old, the carpets are good and the size is not bad. Closet space sucks. It does have a nice fitness center and it is a good location. I think they are overpriced. <P>

I lived here for a little over a year. They sometimes have great rent specials. Apts are a little small, but they have a nice variety of layouts. Parking is ample. Management is friendly and eager to address any problems. Maintenance always responded within 24 hours. Excellent fitness center, indoor/outdoor pool, and free activities like summer BBQs, yoga, aerobics & kickboxing classes. Property is very clean and well kept. Nice atmosphere for kids. Great place to rent!
Good size, good layout. Great fitness center. Great location in Northwest suburbs of Chicago area.
