Apartment Review for Applegate Apartments

This is a premier apartment complex in the Swansa/Fairview Heights/O'Fallon, IL area. It is a good value for your money, although the neighbors aren't as friendly as I would have expected, but the resident manager is very caring and willing to help people (especially young people) get settled into their own place. <P>
P.S. When we first moved in to the apartment, our air conditioner was not working, so we got to stay in the apartment and weren't even charged for the days that we didn't have air. <P>
