Apartment Review for Applegate Apartments

The apartment lacks a sense of community. Walls are not at all thick, and lack soundproofing (even though they advertise to have the best soundproof walls). You can hear your neighbors tromping around upstairs, hear music playing downstairs, hear the neighbor flush their toilet, let water out of their bathtub, etc. <P>
