Apartment Review for Lincoln At Ovaltine Court

Stay away from these people or be careful when moving out. I called and spoke with someone in the leasing office three times before we moved out to make sure we took care of the cleaning process. They told me I didn't have to worry about the cleaning because the ppl who lived before us were there for a while and they would replace the carpet anyways. I still didn't trust them so I called to schedule an inspection with maintenance. The head of maintenance was there when I called and he told the lady we didn't have to worry about anything because he knew the condition of the apartment. The lady even told me we didn't have to vacuum or clean the bathrooms because they hire cleaning people anyways. Well a few weeks later we were hit with a bill of $400+. They said the apartment was really dirty and charged us $300 for carpet replacement. What liars. They denied everything that their own workers told us. Be careful
