Apartment Reviews for Village Green At Cantera
Look elsewhere

Yes, the staff is incredibly helpful to get you into the unit. Good luck after that. I rented on fairly short notice no problem. The next year they raised the rent. Although "enhancements" were promised, none were provided. In fact, they didn't even fix the broken tacky black and gold fire screen and doors. Everything is done on the cheap. The colors of the walls, carpet, linoleum and countertops don't match. There is paint on the carpet and the bathroom looks like it came straight from the 70s. Yes, it is reasonably quiet unless you like to wake up to the beeping and crashing of the garbage truck and dumpster every Saturday morning at 6:45 a.m. It is well lit which is good for security but it also makes the cheap plastic blinds glow spreading diffused lighting throughout the apartment making it difficult to sleep. The dishwasher is old with some pieces broken and is so loud don't even try using it if you want to remain in the apartment while it is running. Like the idea of exercise facilities? Don't bother, tiny and outdated. It is convenient to downtown Naperville and I-88 but not worth the money.
