I lived here for 2yrs so I wanna tell u what I think. 1/Did I felt safe here? Yes I did + having Alarm in ur unit helps.2/Parking.. its not as bad as people would think.3/ appearance .. nice, clean this place don't look like apartments at all. 4/Office staff- well they come and go But Pam is the one u can talk to anytime! 5/ maintenance- always ask for John he's really great guy.6/ condition of unit - good 7/ noise- no matter where u go u will hear noise so I personaly coul'nt complain 8/overall - don't listen to people talking crap about ANY apartment place.. Use come and sence. Would I rent again if I had to?? ammm yeah, yeah I would, it is F*****G expensive but than again U GET WHAT U PAY FOR.. (-:

Its a really nice place, but you can find apartments just a few miles down the road for hundreds less. It is really close to I-88 though, and if you can afford it, its a very nice building. Neighbors aren't super friendly, kitchen is huge, needs more storage space. Overall a nice place, but we would have gone cheaper if we had more time to look.

Overall, very happy with my apartmemt, very cute and modern!!! It does feel like a resort, with a beautiful lake, volleyball courts, jacuzzi, a nice pool.. etc...... Maintnence is fabulous!!! My only gripe is the EXTREMELY noisy neighbors every weekend and NO place to park when they have their parties:( New staff needed in the office itself, snobby, angry women, but the owner of the complex, I think his name is Jeff, is a doll!! <P>

Feels like you are at a resort. pool, sand volleyball, tennis court. Sometimes the girls in the office can be snobby, but you don't really have to deal with them much. REally nice to go for walks at night around the apartment community. <P>
