1) The place is falling apart and management does not help at all. They will move only if you threaten them with legal action 2) Many security issues. A woman was allegedly attacked in the property and the only thing that management did was to issue a warning and remind tenants to watch out. 3) The unit that I was occupying had serious insulation issues and the AC was malfunctioning. Management never fixed the problem despite my frequent complaints 4) A friend of mine had to deal with a mice infestation in another unit in the same complex 6) I moved to another State and management never sent my security deposit
