Review for Woodland Creek Apartments

If you don't have much of a social life, pay your rent before the first of the month (every month), and can handle extremely rude management.......you found your place. Otherwise, don't make the same mistake I did. The other reviews are right on with this place -- these people are thieves and I can't believe I haven't heard about them losing a major lawsuit over the years. After paying rent on time for 6 straight months and then being 1 day late on the 7th month, they have the audacity to charge you $30. Not only that, but I cleaned my place spotless before leaving, with the exception of a 4 inch by 4 inch spot on the carpet in the dining room......to which they charged us $400 to replace the entire carpet. Also, if you have kids, safety is a major issue -- my complex had 2 apartment break-ins and 3 vehicle break-ins within a 2 month period.....and of course, security was nowhere to be found!
