Horrible Place To Live, Very Rude Maintenance

this place looks very nice from outside. but just after a couple months i started to hate this place. i found roaches in my apartment all the time and when i complained about it at the office, they did nothing about it. so i had to buy some stuff at walmart to keep the roaches away, but i din`t work very well, because the roaches were coming from other apartments.
the other problem was, the house i lived in, was under a 24/7 construction. the noise was horrible and they just shut of the water during the day.
this place is horrible
