Apartment Review for Willowbrook Apartments

This was probably the most depressing and aggravating experience we had ever experienced. The staff are so RUDE, Negligent, Lazy, and so Unprofessional. Since we moved in until we moved out, no maintenance was ever done to our unit. We have to it ourselves to get it fixed. And if you will talk to them about it, all they're going to tell you is that "it's fixed!". Parking lot are so narrow.. and the laundry facility stinks! Office opens late and closes early... Anyone can get in and out of the back door of the building because they never fixed the lock... These people are the most rude people we have ever encountered.... Most specially that Old Lady on the Rental Office. I can't believe the management is letting them keep their job! They are totally wothless... Maintenance people doesn't know how to fix anything... RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! <P>
