Apartment Reviews for Dynasty Pointe - Woodridge

We have lived here for 3 years and no its not the North shore. The office staff is very friendly. The apartments are spacious. The grounds are always kept up. I have read the other reviews that people have left, and in regards to the towing issue, the company they use will tow your car if you do not have a sticker or a guest pass. You are not going to find any apartment community in the Chicagoland area that doesn't. As far as this not being a safe community. I am a single mom with 2 children and I feel very safe. Anywhere you go you are going to have many different kinds of people. As for the breaking in of the cars, I have never had anything happen to me or my neighbors. You need to remember you are looking at living in an apartment; each different community you go look at is going to have its own problems. If that is not something you can deal with I suggest to you that you look for a house. I would recommend Dynasty Pointe Apartments to everyone. Lets be real, you sign a year lease and lets say after a year this is not your cup of tea, you just let them know. Give Dynasty Pointe Apartments a try. I will keep renewing my lease. Oh and the prices are very resonable for the area! <P>
