Review for Southdale Tower Apartments

Usually quiet but ambulances come at all hours of the night for residents with health problems which makes sleeping diffiult at times. Maintenance is good. Weekly bingo is the primary activity. No outings to interesting places. Resident council is run by a clique-ish group. On the whole a decent place for low income seniors to live.
