I have lived in Acadia Court for over a year now and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to get away from the party atmosphere that comes with living in a college town. It has beautiful landscape...tons of trees. The neighbors I have met are very friendly. Office staff is great, never had a problem they couldn't solve. Any work that needs to be done on the apartment is done in a timely manner. The complex isn't bothered by knocking solicitors...which is nice. I rarely hear any noise from neighbors...if they are noisy it usually for a very short period of time.
