Overall Lake Forest was a good place to live. We lived in a 1 bedroom with wash/dryer hookup. It was REALLY small for the price, but overall nice. The office staff is a bit nosey, but nice. One issue was people not using their carports and instead taking up spots that were suppose to be for visitors or other tennants' second car, but that wasn't really management's fault. We only stayed 6 months at Lake Forest because we were able to rent a duplex with WAY more space for less cash. But, if you're looking for a complex, this is BY FAR the nicest in Fort Wayne.
