Apartment Review for Brownsburg Crossing Apartments

Dirtiest apartment complex I've ever lived in. Hallways are a mess, full of cob webs and dirt. People actually leave their bags of trash in the hallways for days! There is always trash in the parking lot - people just throw out their drink containers from their car.

Maintenance is shabby or non-existent. Landscaping is dead or dieing. Cob webs are all over windows and downspouts. The air conditioning units are so old they sound like they are on their last bearing - they are the noisiest compressors I've ever heard.

Thank god the kids are back in school. There is one little girl who rides around on her bike and screams at the top of her lungs all day long. Very annoying.

Don't move here unless you have low expectations.
