Apartment Reviews for Meadows At Greentree - Clarksville

WE HAVE LIVED HERE 4 YRS. AND ITS A NICE ROACH FREE CLEAN APT COMPLEX AND I WOULD SAY ITS ONE OF THE BEST IN SOUTHERN INDIANA TO LIVE AT. ITS A LITTLE NOISY SOMETIMES BUT WHAT COMPLEX ISNT. ITS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE. ITS HOME.

I am considering this apt and would like to hear from a few people who actually live here now. I am never interested in a place that has mice or bugs and would like to know if this is true?

These apartments for a person that minds there own business are OK. I have never had any problems with neighbors or noise from the children playing outside. I never witness or heard about any gangs being there or fighting, no flat tire cars in parking lot or anything like that. But they do have mice, roaches, lady bugs, and all other kinds of bugs. The people in the office started off really nice before I moved in but once they have you locked into your lease you see the real ******* they really are. They always have attitudes and think they can talk to you any kind of way. If I could remove the 1 star for office staff I would they deserve no stars. Maintenance crew I find to be very nice and when they do come to handle any problem it gets done in a timely matter. The outside apperance looks good until you have those lazy neighbors or people that dont live there throw their trash in front or on the side of the dumpster instead of puting it in. Meadows for some is a step up but get the right people in the office with good attitudes that want to work with people you can have a very nice place to live.

Me and my Husband James moved from Louisville, to Clarksville Ind. and to the Meadows At Greentree on May 2nd 2008, we are now signing a 2nd yr lease to stay another year. the price is right, The manager is faboulous, we had some financial issues after I got laid off from my job at beach Mold and Tool, the manager helped us to pay our rent and didn't evict us when we got a liitle behind on rent. We have a handicapped two bedroom with 1 full bath and a shower in the other bathroom that makes 2 baths. we love the apts. the complex doesn't stay clean. I get up in the mornings and go pick up trash on our short street. other than that. Iam totally impressed with (No Roaches) we have had 2 water bugs. since we moved there a yr ago . but thank god no raoches. Its clean in our apt. when we moved there. I was so impressed with how clean the walls were and the light fixtures. it looked like a brand new apt-home. I truly love the Meadows. now maybe next year we may move to a bigger apt in another state or town. But truly I have had great things to say about my experience living here at the Meadows At Greentree. over all it is a much better apt than Yorkttown south apts where I used to live in Louisville ky they had millions of roaches. Meadows at Greentree is a great place to live and the staff is wonderful. its probably the best apts in Clarksville Indiana.
