I lived there 3 years and I never had a problem with rude management or poor maintenance. My only complaint with management is in getting your deposit back. It requires you to be detailed in your apartment review before moving in and cleaning thoroughly when moving out. Follow your lease agreement, it tells you everything they will be checking and go with them when they inspect it. Plenty of parking, maybe not next to your door after everyone comes home from work but way more than needed. Hallways are very noisey at times and walls/ceiling thin.
