Review for Settler's Run Apartments

I lived here for years and for years called about drip that just wouldn't stop until they got a new maintenance man called bj or jb something like that he came couldn't fix it at the time but told me he would be back and came back when he said he would which is a first for the fix it department. We see this young man working all the time while the other man his name is Rick or Nick sit in the fix it's garage as we use to live not far from there and walked out dog reguarly. We also have friends that still live there and said they took their grandchildren to the halloween party and the girls in the office were dressed liked hookers... they got drunk bj or jbs wife was being asked if she was the new property manager as she was taking care of the residents making sure they had food and drinks and that the children were having fun. The girls that run the office we were told left around 10 and jbs wife and him and their children cleaned the club house up and made sure all got home. Now isn't this a job for the property manager? And why is it people are saying this young man is going to get fired when he is a asset to the community? If we had know they were going to finally get some good help we might have reconsidered moving but then with what has been brought into the office it's better I guess other then us missing our friends that we are gone. My husband and I thought that all employees were not to drink at a company function not just one and then his wife wasn't even an employee and she made our friends feel welcomed.
