Review for West Wind Apartments

I only lived here 4 months before moving out, but that was only because I had a job offer in Bakersfield, CA. I'm sure you see my reasoning. Anyway, our neighbors were a bit annoying, but the staff was very understanding and didn't just "take their word for it". They spoke to us about the complaints lodged against us to come to the conclusion that they were false claims. The price is great. Laundry is not in our building tho, was in the building next door. That sucked.
