it stinks

It still stinks. The pool is never open for much of the Summer and 1 year it was closed for the entire Summer. The maintenance is lackluster, it takes weeks to get anything fixed. The owners don't care one wit about keeping the tenants happy. Let's see how happy they'll be when all the tenants move out. There are plenty of other places to move to that actually take care of their tenants.
