Review for Yorktowne Farms Apartments

I am currently looking for an apartment in the Greenwood area and visited Yorktowne. As I drove around the compex I noticed that it was nothing spectacular. The patios and balconys look tiny. They have these really weird looking carports. The basketball and tennis courts are pretty rundown looking. I asked somebody what they thought of the place and they said maintenance was super slow and the office staff was rude. They said they frequently have trouble with kids and vandalism.
I visited the office and was not impressed. The woman was less than welcoming. I left and won't be back. I don't think I'd want to live here.
