Ive lived here for 2.5 years and as time progresses all it has gotten is worse. I have had 7 apartment floods, they did maintence on my door lock resulting in my not being able to get in and the maintence man kicking down my door and then hammering a chuck of wood in the frame to fix it. It took them 4 times to fix my leaky toilet, because of the flooding the tack board and dry wall is moldy, the windows leak cold air, the doors had no weather stripping which I had to install myself, and the apartment manager is incompetent. also I have had repeated noise neighbour problems (because surround sound at 3 am is apparently appropriate), and the management and security officer said it was normal aparment noise and suggested I sleep with the TV on. The place is absolutely stunning in all the problems I have had. On top of that is it progressively has gone ghetto in the last year and there are packs of dirty faced sticky fingered feral childern everythere. there are also more than a few cars where the bumper is held on with bungee cords. if you know whats good for you---RUN!
oh---the fixtures are dated and the carpet is pretty crappy to.
