I have had nothging but problems in this complex. I lived in a 1 bdr and there were 2 Mexican families above me and all they did was hang out in the halls and the kids used it as a playground. I went to a 2bdr and it is spacious but you can never count on hot water and they just say they are fixing it. I have now gone 7 days without hot water and there telling me that it is going to be a while before it's fixed. My carpet wasn't even attached to the floor when I moved in. None of the neighbors ar considerate and you can hear everything, even if they are fighting or arguing. There are ants infesting every apartment and someone comes out every week to spray but the ants are still all over the place. There were 5 car break-ins in a month. Management will not help with anything and maintenance can't even fix a door. It took 3 days for them to fix my garbage disposal. You get what you pay for except here...they want you to pay rent on time but they won't do anything for you. They won't even pick up all the trash that everyone throws down. I had to "Call 6 For Help." DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
