The management as of late has become very bad. I'm sure the head honchos at Van Rooy may love him, but he's caused nothing but headaches for renters. Recently they stole items from peoples private decks, even Weber grills. Very shady.
The apartments themselves are nice, the maintenance is responsive and very friendly. The location is wonderful, but cops have taken to driving too fast down the Monon at night, which takes away from the beauty of the area not to mention how dangerous that is.
