What ever you do, no matter how desperate, DO NOT RENT at BROOKWOOD APARTMENTS. They will show you a model that is nice and clean and maintained then they will give you a unit that is dirty and lacking in quality and maintenance. It is lacking in maintenance because they never fix anything. There are stray animals all over the place, no place to park, main halls are dirty, can hear your neighbors as if they were in your living room. Some of that can be expected since after all it is an apartment but the true deception the office practices by selling you the model when you truly get a crappy unit is unacceptable. This is by far one of the most horrible places to live in Indianapolis. What ever you do DO NOT RENT HERE, trust me on this!!!!!!!!!
