A word of warning, this is the worst complex on the southside (which we love). There have been so many problems I can't list them all. The police are here too often, as is the fire department. We don't want to raise our kids here, and neither does anyone else. Do your homework before you rent. Look up Brookwood at the Business Bureau and on apt reviews.
Aimco will not respond to complaints tossing everything to the management, who you have your problem with in the first place. Until we got others involved nothing was resolved. I don't recommend Aimco at all.
