Firstly, this is a rating and review of ROSEWOOD COMMONS Apartments, not Cambridge Commons. They are owned by the same company, but I could not find Rosewood Commons listed on this website so I have decided to include my issues here.
The majority of Residents here have little respect for others living here, and believe everyone really wants to hear rap music blared from every car stereo at all hours of the day/night. The above-mentioned residents also have lots of outside "traffic" and visitors late at night, hang out at their cars (which means they are carrying on loud conversations right outside your bedroom window), and some tend to order pizza, then harass the delivery girl for fun. There are several "paths" through bordering hedges allowing other "outsiders" to make quick trips to certain units to "get their fix" KWIM?
Car alarms tend to get set off quite a bit. You could set your watch by them.
Most of the people (based on appearance of their vehicles and clothing) are scary, thuggish-looking, and make rather suggestive comments in passing. This only further contributes to a less than optimal feeling of safety. One constantly worries that their home or vehicle will be broken into.
All I can say to end on a good note is that the property is beautifully maintained (except for a certain week that used condoms littered the grounds) and is pretty. I feel that some of the bordering hedges and wooded areas could be trimmed up a bit, but that is my only complaint there.
And if the majority of the tenants are at work, or otherwise not at home, the place can be pleasant.
It would be alot better if a better class of people resided here, but the nuts, lunatics, crazies, hookers and crackheads seem to flock...
