I am an Asian-American and living here has been a horrific experience. The landlord has been verbally abusive, drunk, and downright scary at times. His temper is disturbing. He screamed at my brother and his friend who helped me move in a sofa. Saying F-this and F-that. His wife is a bitch as well. Got no security deposit back. They tried to get more money from me even after I lost my job. He had a son whom I heard got killed by an African-American in the apartment and he is very racist against Asian-Americans and African-Americans. There are stories about this guy. He's used the N word and the C word as others have told me. Everyone in this apartment is very nice and they all feel the same way about this guy. White or not. Extremely nice at times and frightening at other times. You never know what you're going to get with him. I had to call the police once but they didn't bother doing anything about his drunken behavior because they don't deal with
